Dealing with this company has been a nightmare! Not only do they not return your phone calls, but when you actually call and do get a live person, they are rude and insulting! They were the company my mortgage company used for a refinance. They were late in paying off my existing mortgage which resulted in a negative mark on my credit report and they were late getting me the other checks that were due to me to pay some creditors. That resulted in late fees as well which they flat out refused to pay. Don't think speaking to one of the partners will get you anywhere because it wont...she was by far the worst of all the staff to deal with. I would highly recommend to stay as far away from this company as possible!
