We are HUD and Vt Lead certified for homes or business that may have lead paint issues.Lead dust caused by scraping can cause harm to people and pets. We take proper procedures and practices for the removal of any type of lead paint seriously. It it important to keep our customers and their neighbors free from this toxic dust. We keep the work area cordonned off and we clean the work area each day. Another problem that happens often is that a home may need some carpentry repairs due to damage by water or age problems. We have a skilled carpenter on staff that can fix those problems. Water is another common problem for peeling paint. We will identify those areas and make suggestions on how to remedy those problem areas. When providing a quote for the project we will offer you our discount on the products we use. There is never a markup on the products for paint or carpentry supplies. We give out free estimates and will answer all your questions until you are fully satisfied and comfortable with the bill. We never charge extra for any work unless it has been fully aproved by the customer. Our only goal is to make our customers feel good about the job they have contracted us to do. We want our customers to be worry free and comfortable to ask us about any concerns they have. on
