I was looking for a good attorney and I'm so glad I found Martoccio & Martoccio. I spoke with John, and he was so knowledgeable, friendly, and I felt he was so concerned about my situation. If I wasn't sure about anything, he made sure he got back to me. I would recommend you to anybody who's looking for a great experience, especially family and friends.

Hello, I had a very bad experience to work with this law office and lawyer Mark Imielski. We hired him to modify child support and make visitation plan to see my daughter. Mark was very nice...and during all time working with him- he was very polite. But This is all he did good- was nice. During 4 month he was few time in court but asked 5000 dollars (what he paid)- but he did not work- he wrote in his bills like he work with attorneys letter (-this he did) but he asked money for working with my financial disclosure and my bank statements- I paid for that. but he did not work- he said he does not know my how works my business, I made for him all detailed files with expenses and income from my bank statement.explained all checks. and he anyways could not understand my income.and he was very fake- when I bring him all this files- he said- OH. THIS IS WHAT I REALLY NEED. and after sitting with me on meeting before hearing- he even did not look at this files.and he started again asked all the same question he asked me before by the phone..or on oour previous meetings. I was very angry- ii wrote him few letters and asked why I should pay him for that- what I told him before,

but what is REALLY unprofessional. everymeeting he asked all the same question- ALL THE Same. after 5000 dollars he still did not know where was my court. why I could not work. how many drivers I had.and after all that in hearing he just said I should agree everything- otherwise I will go to prison. (WHY HE DID NOT SAY THIS FROM THE BEGIINNIG, IF HE MADE NOTHING..? even in last our meeting he did not say I should agree everything...he asked again WHERE WAS MY COURT..HOW MANY DRIVERS WE HAD?!?}

and after all that- he asked more- he asked 3500 more.

p.s. opposite lawyer who win charge only 2000 dollars- who made the same work with my lawyer...with my statements, checks... she even did more work...because she worked with factoring companies, with our brokers.and she charge 2000 dollars.

and this lawyer- who did not know after 5000 dollars even where was my court..why I did not work...how may drivers I had what is my income- all he did- he charge money and said in court I should agree everything or will go to court..

and for this he is asking 8500 dollars!

I will now recommend this office. and will write to bar association tomorrow too.

He is always diligent & upfront, his no nonsense approach alleviates a lot of back & forth that inherently comes with the territory. I've referred a few people to John over the years & he always takes excellent care of them. The best part is he treats you like an actual human being, unlike many other attorneys in his field. Also, it's very refreshing to have an attorney that actually has your personal interests at heart, you can't go wrong have John in your corner.

I hired Lucy, who seemed extremely competent upon meeting with her, but after writing the check, her competency went quickly downhill. Average response time to a phone call was 2 weeks. Filed the WRONG court papers which absolutely screwed me in my hearing, forcing me to find another attorney to handle the case... Hard to mess up a simple child support case... Don't waste your money on this train wreck
