Provided by YPmobileThe WORST Dodge I have ever dealt with. The woman that answers the phones in the service department has 0 customer service skills and is aweful and rude and lied to me twice. My husband called and asked the status of our vehicle and so did I and we both got different answers every time from this terrible woman. My vehicle has been there for a week and still has yet to be diagnosed!!! They are slow, lazy and rude and if my vehicle was not delivered to them on a flat bed I would go up there and take my damn car somewhere else. I will NEVER go back. They never call anyone to tell them vehicle status, you have to call and pester them and they act like you are bothering them when you ask about your vehicle that they have had for weeks on end! Shame on this terrible place.

Provided by YP.comThis place is hands down the best dealership I've been to since I got stationed on the coast. Everything was simple,easy and to the point. I got what I wanted for my vehicle, and got the vehicle I was shopping for. I went to about a dozen dealerships before purchasing and these guys were awesome. Hands down set themselves apart from the pack. I would send my comrades there and feel comfortable they'd get a fair shake. I'm military and felt comfortable here being as most of the sales staff is former military. They understood what I needed and didn't give me a lot of BS like the Savannah dealer did. I hate going back and forth and playing lets make a deal. These guys gave me their best from start to finish. They get a big Hooah from me.
