I had no idea what Advocare was until Christi gave me samples of Spark. I lived on Red Bull, and doubted there was anything I could drink that gave me the boost I needed to get through the day. After a couple days using the Spark I tried Slam. I was hooked. I saved money with Advocare instead of buying Red Bull, and I learned how to eat properly. I've completed 3 24 day challenges since that time and my whole family now drinks Spark and Rehydrate in the mornings now! By switching to Advocare I not only improved my own health, but my whole families health and eating habits have improved too! We love Advocare and when I have questions I go straight to Team Kisko for help! If she doesn't know she will find the answer! Thank you Team Kisko and Advocare for improving my life!

So...My journey is not a weight loss journey, but rather a health journey. I have been beaten down both physically and emotionally through years of illness and injury. About 6 months ago I made the conscious decision to put more into myself so I COULD be there for my family and friends. I have not been the best advocate for Advocare because I didn't know exactly what to do with the products or what foods were best for me since I have a restricted diet due to health issues. This challenge the support of my Sponsor Christi has been monumental in helping me know and understand how everything helps or hurts me. Christi even went to the store with me to pick out food and snacks to take camping with me this Memorial weekend so I can stay on track even when it's not easy!
