I relocated here to Hinesville about over a year ago, from that time I had been traveling 4 hours back and forward to my hometown to get my regular Hair stylist to do my hair because I like to stay with who I know, so I heard that a particular braiding shop wasn't the best place to go and after reading all of the reviews I knew I had to do something else, I googled Hair stylist in Hinesville and found Deshae's , called the number, didn't leave a message but a very nice young lady by the name of Tanja called back I explained to her my situation she instantly sent me picture to help me figure out what it was that I was looking for exactly she really made me feel like I was important, she offered to go with me to purchase the hair I needed and scheduled me an appointment on a SUNDAY!!!! My prayers had been answered, I had found me a new hair dresser, someone that was very concerned about my appearance and me as a person, I have never been taken care of like that by a complete strange, this woman is truly a woman of God. I went in the salon looking a mess and left out with my 3 bundles & partial perm ! Didn't have to sit long & felt welcomed the very moment i walked in ! Michelle is clearly a woman who knows her job and she WILL see me in her chair again ! I recommend this salon to EVERYONE in Hinesville.

If you're looking for an excellent stylist with an awesome attitude this is the place to go. The owner Tanja saved my life. I had some micro braids that were done incorrectly by someone else and they almost caused me to lose my hair. I called the shop she told me to come in and didn't leave until midnight. She didn't have an attitude NOTHING just a pleasant person to be around. I highly recommend this place. I've already made an appt for a sew in!

Deshae's Salon is the epitome of what a salon operation should posses. We are hottest salon in the ville! Clean, calm professional environment that caters to the whole client. The staff of DeShae's is always available to schedule appointments, answer questions or service clients in dire need of emergency services. Anytime you make a call to Deshae's someone will always answer. The professional hair stylist that work in the salon have all been previous owners of salons in other states, so no matter who answers your call, We all have the same level of experience and you will definitely be in good hands. You can defiantly expect the highest level of professionalism and expertise at DeShae's. Tangy the owner is an awful hairdresser and her prices are ridiculous. I received a wash, deep conditioner, and I wanted my natural hair straightened. I am still in awe of how awful her services were. Upon prepping to blow dry my hair, Tangy did not put any leave in conditioner or heat protecting spray in my hair and proceeded to blow dry my hair as if it was relaxed (My hair is natural). This hurt like hell and I had to assist with clearing out my hair although weeks later as I washed and conditioned my own hair I see the amount of damage she did by clearing my hair out. Also, after doing a horrific job of blow drying my hair, she flat ironed my hair, then blow dried my hair, then flat ironed my hair. I was so much in shock that I don't know why I didn't get up and walk out of the salon. Luckily, my hair is natural and although I can see she did a lot of damage, the damage will be easy to blend it and I am hoping that my hair recovers quickly. Upon leaving the salon and being traumatized at how this so called hair stylist did not know a damn thing about styling natural hair as she stated she did, I walked around with my hair smelling like it was fried. The next day I went to another hair stylist who I actually witnessed doing a client's hair and had her do what Tangy is incapable of doing. Tangy only cares about money and those photos she has posted on Facebook and another website are not work that she has done herself, she takes photos of other hairstylist that has worked in her salon and post them as her own. BE WARNED!!Also, Jasmine Scruggs currently works at Deshae's Salon. I sat there and witnessed her do a client's hair, she was so gentle and careful with the client that the client was falling asleep, mean while Tangy was pulling the heck out of my hair and I had to assist her with clearing my hair out. I also forgot to mention that Tangy was constantly going over to Jasmine's area to borrow tools such as the blow dryer and flat iron because the tools she has are no efficient because she does not think that paying money to invest in quality products are worth it. With that, Tangy does not know what she is doing. I had my hair done the next day by another hair stylist who did a fantastic job, there was no pulling or tugging on my hair.
