I have now been here twice. Both times there was not that many people. 1st time, I ordered fish tacos 5 minutes before my buddy ordered a hamburger. He received his food before me and when I asked about it, I was told my order "dropped". I paid for my drink and left hungry. 2nd time, ordered lunch, waited 45 minutes. People that came in after us receives their food in that time. 1 table came in after us, ordered, ate their food, and asked for check. Also, when I asked about a military discount, I was laughed at and told other chillis do but their management chose not to. I couldn't rate a -star for food since I haven't actually had any from this chillis.

Found it unprofessional of the kitchen manager to talk to guest and seat them in sweats a t-shirt and hair a hot mess...even if your only there for a meeting and its your day off.

I had the chicken monterey. Under $10 was terrific, and our server Carla was great.

The customer service here is horrible. Very rude staff. The worst Chilis Ive ever eaten at.
