Anderson's is the best around we in the last twenty years have used them all and always got the best service and best prices from them

THE worst customer service I have had in 20 years. The woman who manages this company is simply incompetent. She could care less if you are taken care of or not, and will tell you 3 different ways why she can't figure out why there company is run terribly. AWEFUL..stay away.. never again.

Inspected our tank, put in 300 gallons, and I was impressed with the final price. Checked around a little once I had the inspection, Andersons will be our company from here on out. I agree with another poster, I will run out first before I bring another company in. (Elkins, AR)

Wish I could leave only a 1/16th star. Told delivery for Friday March 6th. We called them repeatedly that day to make sure they were coming. Which was assured they were. Not only didn't deliver, didn't call, and didn't add us to Sat. delivery list. Asked when they would be coming and told that they didn't know. WOW! Worst customer service ever!!!!

Set up a fill up for 2/20/15 and no one has shown up yet. No phone call to let us know that it would be a later date or anything. We called on Friday the 20th we were told we would have it by the end of the day. Called Saturday the 21st because no one ever showed up. Said we would have it that day and still no one has shown up. Very disappointed.

So we live in Siloam Springs. Why does the Anderson's in West Siloam not do their job? We have ordered ealry and they have not showed up. Now we are out and freezing with a 9 month old baby.

We would wait until we're out of propane before we'd call anyone else. And we've never had to call anyone else! Anderson's is professional, courteous and prompt. 5 BIG stars!

Anderson's has always done what they can to get you gas, work with your needs, & are always pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
