when you talk to the Philippines you get no help and then you are transferred to a (higher department) that is in central America that is worse. My package is on my Island in Hawaii and the address was corrected because the supplier miss typed the address and the package was undeliverable. I corrected the address with UPS and it was to be redelivered and a week later I am starting the whole process again. I am 1 1/2 hors away from the Hilo UPS and wanted it delivered. I am still waiting!

Your driver is reckless and rude. I will never use ups again. I just canceled a amazon order because of your driver. You are not allowed on my property.
