I have read the negative reviews, but based on my experience, they must be speaking of a completely different dental practice.

I had a bad experience with a dentist when I was a child, and as result developed a fear of dentists. I am now a young adult with 4 painful, impacted wisdom teeth.
Dr Nguyen, his surgical nurse, Cathy, and everyone in the office and triage are very kind and patient. They explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my, (and my Mom's!) questions. They were up front about all the fees that would be incurred - no suprises or switcheroos.

I became very aware that Dr. Nguyen's utmost concern was my well-being and comfort, not billing. He vigillantly monitored my vitals pre, during, and post procedure. He and his nurse have a calming, kind, reassuring bedside manner - which greatly helped ease my fears.
It took Dr. Nguyen less than an hour after they began sedation to complete the extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth. I felt the 'pinch' of the local anesthesia shots into my gums - other than that I had no pain or discomfort until anesthesia wore off a couple hours later. I was sent home with after care instructions and prescriptions for pain meds, anti swelling meds, antibiotics, and medicated mouthwash.

Amazingly, Dr. Nguyen and his staff made my experience pleasant! I cannot recommend them too highly!

Horrible experience with this "doctor". He caused major sinus problems after pulling out an implant on upper jaw. A hunk of my jaw came with the implant causing sinus to drip into hole. HE NEVER WROTE THIS IN MY FILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Serious condition I have been suffering with for over a year and staff is unprofessionally unhelpful as well when I 1st had the surgery. Doctor called me in an emergency visit next day after extraction to tell me about the jaw bone, sinuses and how he was up all night the night after extraction thinking about my case and my professional etc. I am a professional woodwind player and now my career is ruined due to this quackery. AND IT IS NOT IN HIS RECORDS!!!!! If I could rate 0s or negative stars I would have selected those.
