I have used ServiceMaster in Hillside a few times now and each time they exceed my expectations, they did carpet, furniture and even water damage cleanup during that huge storm that hit us in July. they are everything you expect from a professional business. Thank you ServiceMaster.

About 4-5 months ago my wife and I bought our first home together. It's our dream home and we've been happily investing in it ever since. However, about a month ago my wife took a bath in the upstairs bathroom and about 2 hours later she yelled when she was downstairs. I ran down there to discover that the carpet downstairs was soaked. I looked up and saw that the ceiling sheet rock was soaked. We were in unbelievable panic mode. She was in tears. Keep in mind this is Sunday night right before we're going to sleep. I called my ins agent a few times and they told me to try a co called servicemaster. I was still going crazy here and anytime you have to call a 3rd party company you get nervous. I googled them and saw that they have a 24 hr hotline. I called at 11:15 pm and spoke to a live person!! Within 10 mins or so a field rep from there named David called me. He was as professional as could be, but he even did more than that because he used his sense of humor to help calm us.

If ever you find yourself in the middle of a crisis with water or fire in your home these are the guys you call first! Amazing service and they can be there in a flash. They are very careful with personal belongings and everyone is so friendly. You meet them in the middle of a disaster but walk away with friends for life.

They are all about customer service, hard work, honesty and really creating real relationships with everyone they come in contact with. Right from the owner, Eddie, it is all hands on and genuine. Also, Ray and Natasha are two very outgoing, personable individuals that it was a joy to work and get started with. David, the guy in charge of the real work, was such a friendly and compassionate person, it was just a relief to be helped by people who you know truly care.

ServiceMaster Restoration did a great job drying out our home after a substantial flood in our kitchen and living area. He brought in large dryers and humidifiers. Since the flood seeped under the baseboard, we had a concern about MOLD growing inside the walls. Thankfully our insurance company sent ServiceMaster Restoration before the word MOLD was uttered. Nevertheless, we repeated the word MOLD to Servpro and the insurance adjuster about two hundred times just so they knew that we knew.We lived with the giant green machines for three days terrifying the pets and annoying the kid. Yes. They were loud and they were everywhere but there is NO MOLD ten days from the flood. NO. MOLD. David came daily and took readings throughout the house to determine the remaining moisture. He also took three rugs to clean and dry, came back beautiful.This was not a fun week and the floor was totaled but we are very happy with the end result. NO MOLD. Pat did an extention on my house the roof leaked and went down staris to my kitchen after chasing him he looked at the roof with the contractor I hired, after the contractor told Patrick what his guys did wrong he told me to send him the bill which he never paid. I wanted to hire someone local but please if you leave in Weymouth do not hire Patrick Gannon
