How often do you find a place that guarantees thier parts and work?? NEVER. This place does and backs it up! We had some parts replaced on our Ford Truck and about 4 weeks later we were having problems in the same general area. Not sure whether it was a fault in the part or something else we returned it to them to check it out. They were honest and told us that it was a peice of the part that was faulty and fixed it at NO CHARGE and in 1 business DAY! Couldn't be happier, no hassel was given to us and they even fixed our broken tailgate (nothing to do with the other work) just to be nice! FINALLY a MECHANIC you can actually TRUST!

My entire family has been using these guys for years. Very dependible and trustworthy. The comment of 1 star above is B-S. I call them all the time and know what the problem is and tell them THIS is what needs to be fixed and they replace it. No biggie. They also diagnosed my vechicle when we didnt know what was going on and everyone I asked said it was a mystery but they figured it out quickly and for a good price. Good people and helpful!

My car has had a check engine light for as long as I owned it. I realized in order for me to get registered here in NC, I'd have to finally get it taken care of. So I paid them to diagnose it, and then I paid them to fix it. Kind of like any sort of Doctors visit.They do charge a service fee, but its what you're paying for. I could have had the codes read and printed for free at an auto-zone, but I wanted someone who knew what else to look for, what I'd need to really get fixed. I'll be going back, they're honest, and quick. My only concern is I've had some misconstructions about scheduling times for service. So basically be patient as they have a lot of customers.

This place does not trust it's customers...they charge a service fee to look at your car! They have done work on my car in the past...NEVER mentioned a service fee. I have my son take his car to them and they charge him $76! They didn't trust that he would get his work done there, they thought he would do the work himself...right?? says the OWNER, so they CHARGED him up front! He is a college kid who just gave them his whole check, got NOTHING for it and STILL has a BROKE car! When I called to speak with the OWNER in hopes of resolution to this issue, he was not interested in correcting the situation. He stated that if I didn't trust him I should not take my car there...SO FYI beware of this place, they don't trust the CONSUMER. There is no telling what else they "charge for / find" wrong with your car...great place...NOT SO MUCH! On to the next blog...have a great day! I took my F-150 to this shop after the Ford dealer said a faulty sensor was causing the "Check Engine" light to come on. They said the cost would be over $800. Well, The Service Dept. properly diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat and repaired it for a fraction of the cost of the dealer quote, and did the work in a very timely way. I'll be bringing all of my cars to this shop from now on; finding an honest, affordable repair shop these days is priceless!
