Within an hour of calling N W Cooling & Heating they were out at our house looking at our dead furnace. Jerry R gave us options on repairing or replacing it. We choose to replace it with a GOODMAN furnace and it works great. It was a top quality furnace with a lower cost because its an un advertised brand unlike Carrier, Lennox and Trane. I researched Goodman and they are the largest mfg in the US and pass the cost savings to the consumer by not spending millions on advertising. Thanks Jerry for your professional help and all your expertise. PS Make sure you call NW Cooling & Heating ( cooling comes first in the name) as there is another company out there with a similar name.

Jerry the owner did a great job on our furnace repair. He was quick to respond and on time to his appointment. His costs were quite reasonable compared to others that I had looked at and his experience was evident. I would recommend this company to anyone.
