My experience with this Orthodontist was the worst ever. At first the staff was kind, they tell you what you want to hear but once you sign that contract... don't do it! The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional and extremely confrontational. The time of my treatment was doubled, Dr. Buxton was extremely vague whenever I asked him about the positioning and the progress of my teeth, I felt forced to seek a second opinion. I had my balance paid in full but they would still try to squeeze money out of me with miscellaneous fees that were NOT in our contract. Very little flexibility when it comes to rescheduling or canceling appointments.Unkept promises with incentives about referring new customers. They promised a gift card every new customer you referred. I referred several. When reminded them about this they said "show me where that's in our contract". Braces are expensive! Go to someone who can offer great service, I didn't receive it here unfortunately.

Dr Buxton and his staff are incredibly friendly and very kind. They're always gentle with adjustments and make sure to explain everything clearly. My insurance did not cover orthodontic treatment, so they were kind enough to work out an easy payment plan for me. I've been brace free for several months now and my teeth look wonderful! They're always available for retainer adjustments, and have been very generous.I highly recommend Orenco Orthodontics for anyone who needs orthodontic treatment. They took excellent care of me!

My daughter needed braces so bad. I called around and got the best price from Dr. Buxton's office. When I called, the staff was so knowledgable and helpful, I knew it was the right place for us. Here we are three years later and we still could not be happier with the services we got. Everyone at the office is so professional and helpful. They answered all our questions and the results were amazing!! Thank you Dr. Buxton and crew- you are truly one in a million!!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but my experience with Orenco Orthodontics is definitely worth sharing. When my son Steven needed braces, a friend recommended Orenco Orthodontics.######Steven and I went for a consult (consults are free!) with Dr. Buxton.While in the waiting room we flipped through a book of Dr. Buxton's patients before and after photos. We found a patient who shared Steven+s problem with gaps between the front teeth. The after photo was amazing. No gaps, just a happy smile:)######When we met Dr. Buxton he was very professional yet very approachable as well He explained the procedures and treatments and welcomed questions and concerns.Dr. Buxton and his staff are awesome. They genuinely care about their patients. The office environment is very clean, bright and welcoming. I highly recommend Orenco Orthodontics! I am sure once you meet Dr. Buxton you+ll be raving as well.
