The experience at New Beginnings salon was so terrible I can not even understand how they are even open still, and after reading other reviews I found that I was not alone.. The customer service was the worst, I have never been treated so awful not only by the staff but the OWNER!!! This salon is giving the Aveda name a bad rep! And the OWNER is Childish and Threatening hangs up on you and yells at you! They Charge accounts and don't even do the services, check your bank if you have gone to this joke of a salon. SCAM!!!
