I wanted to thank you so much for making my 'buying car experience' one-of-a-kind. It was actually fun & enjoyable, not to mention very transparent! I know I made a right choice - in the car.

Royal Moore Toyota made buying a car very painless and easy. As a loyal Toyota customer, they reinforced my belief that Toyotas are awesome. The sales team are very friendly, helpful and followed up with me to make sure everything worked out smoothly and efficiently.

Ever since I purchased my Tacoma from Royal Moore Toyota I became a fan. I am bring my truck back for all the service here and if there is ever any disputes regarding service they have always sided with me and made things right. That is why I will continue to come back here time and time again.

I LOVE the service at Royal Moore Toyota! My wife has an older model Toyota (97 Camry) and while it's in excellent mechanical condition right now, things do start to fail from time to time. We've been bringing her Camry to Royal Moore Toyota for a few years - and they always do an incredible job!

Unfortunately they didn't have the car I was looking for. They did at least put a great effort into finding one though and were apologetic even if it wasn't their fault they didn't have one.
Their customer service and product knowledge was exceptional. They were able to answer every question I threw at them accurately. They tried to show me other similar cars without being pushy. They did have a great selection of other vehicles but I had my heart set on the 09 Corolla S which seems to be a hot commodity right now. They were all very helpful and friendly and family oriented. I will definitely go back to them in the future.

I am truly surprised the got the color of my truck.I went through multiple locations and I couldn't find that color anywhere since it's not a popular request color. But they had it and the customer service was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I know I was drooling throughout the whole process because the truck was to die for when I saw it. Thank you so much.

Smart group of staff here at Royal Moore Toyota. Scott is great (Assistant Service Manager). Fair prices. Good communication. Trust is a hard thing to come by with getting your car fix or service. This place has my back

The other day I had a problem with the power steering on my car. It seemed to resolve itself but I called the them to see if I should have it serviced. When I explained the problem, they told me this was not common and they said to bring it in that day. They sounded genuinely concerned. When I brought the car in, the place was packed with cars and they took the time to check it out and take it for a drive around the block. I didn't have an appt, I wasn't charged. Everything was seemingly fine but they seemed genuinely CONCERNED.

Our salesman Mark was polite and knowledgeable about the product. My spouse and I did not feel pressured or baited into buying anything. The sales manager who worked with us on the financing always brought the costs to us on in a detailed printed quote. The price of the car never changed except to go down while were negotiating pricing. The best part was they used an online service to show us what to expect on our trade-in. Royal Moore met the price on the screen.

Royal Moore Toyota is the absolute best place to get your Toyota serviced and if you do have a problem, speak with a manager and give them a chance to make it right.

I had my Toyota Camry worked on at Royal Moore a few months ago. The service department was competent and professional. They didn't try to jerk me around and the amount I was quoted was what I paid. They fixed what needed to be fixed and did so in a timely manner. Their prices were fairly reasonable, not the cheapest around but certainly not the most expensive. If I need more service done on my car then I'm going to go back. I would recommend them.

Spent a couple of hours at the dealership getting the best price after a test drive. Overall, very happy with the car and the price paid. Best part was not having to deal with pushy sales staff. Not what I expected at all. Previous experiences with sales staff were nothing like this...which is awesome. I will be back to Royal Moore for my next car.

I recommend Royal Moore Toyota over ANY other dealership. For the first time ever, I did not feel pressured when buying a car. I actually walked away feeling good about my purchase and without feeling stressed. I even have my first oil change scheduled.

My girlfriend was looking for a new car. I spent weeks researching and requesting quotes. One of the cars she was looking at was the new corolla s. I received a reasonable quote from Julia stout at royal Moore toyota. I sent her an e-mail saying I would like a " hassle free" test drive. When my girlfriend and I showed up, The car was ready they hand us the keys, said "there is over 1/4 tank of gas in the car have fun and we'll see you when you get back. No salesman in the back seat telling you all about the car while, I am trying to see if I even like the way it runs. When we left , we told them that we wanted to go test drive a hyundai before we decide. Julia and Jason just said" sure let us know what you decide" There was no trying to keep us on the lot or other managers running out to stop us

Wow what an amazing team they have. I have purchased a number of new cars from Dodge to Volvo and everything in between. As a business owner myself, I would hold the Royal Moore experience as an example of the Gold standard. The entire process from walking in the door to pulling in my driveway was a pleasure.

I Purchased a 2010 Corolla S from them, and was extremely happy with their service. They gave me a great deal on my car( believe me I have checked with about 30 other corolla buyers on my forum and I got the lowest) and they showed great customer service.

I brought my 1987 Toyota Camry in for an oil change. I was very pleased with my entire experience there. All personnel were very polite and attentive. The complimentary car wash was an unexpected pleasure. The waiting area was clean and tidy and very pleasant. Thanks again for everything.
