This is a first hand and witnessed account of my experiences at Kaiser Hollywood in the context of their Senior Advantage Program. I have been a member of Kaiser Permanente off and on since 1986. I have never had any problems at all until my experiences at Kaiser Hollywood which were also witnessed by my Personal Assistant. Perhaps my experiences are unique, but after lengthy discussions with doctors nurses and medical technicians support staffing and patients, most likely not.

I spent over twenty minutes on hold before I finally gave up. It is impossible to even set up a doctor appointment without sitting on the phone for extended periods of time. I would recomend to anyone that is thinking about getting Kaiser Permanente as their medical coverage provider to reconsider. I am switching my coverage ASAP!!!
