I read couple reviews before i decided to write this out. Those ppl who talked about this nail spa before me was liars. It a great place. U just dont know how everything works! Here, about the waiting, u ALSWAY have to wait for a BUSY business, even u made an appointment, they cant control the amount of walking customers. And i guess u came there at a wrong time in a wrong hour. If their service was so bad like u said, why did they have so many customers?

Second, all the nice ladies there were from Viet Nam, not Korean!!!

Third, about the nail kit, why didnt u mention about their asking u to buy a nail kit? Every customers who have been there several times have their own nail kit. Because of what? Because of the OR law. They cant use other ppl nail kit to do your nails. Do u want to get fungus toes nail later??? Huh?? U want that?? U will never know what would happwn if they had choosen the old nail kit to do your nails. You tried to convinced others not to come there by adding ridiculous reasons. And they are all liar. I feel bad for you to even say that.

U know, in business, there are some employees who not really happy to what they are doing, they might be bad. It doesn't mean all of them are bad!!! And u even jump to conclusion that the all the service are terrible.

By the way, i have come there serveral times and i love their service

If any read this, dont listen to others u know complaint ppl are all around u. Just come and see it yourself. Here is a little tip that i'd like to share. Dont come in rush hours or in the weekend. This salon is packed, and all you can do is wait. Because each pedicure service takes about 45' ( including 15' massage, sweet!!) try to go there in weekdays if you can. Avoid from 1pm -4pm

I aam very picky when it comes to how my nails get done and I love this place. I have been going here since it opened and the owners are so willing to do anything to make you happy.
