The driver arrived and refused to dump the load because he would get his truck dirty and have to wash it. Then he refused due to the possibility of getting stuck. When we finally agreed to a place to dump, he sprang on ne a waiver i had to sign saying if the truck got stuck i was responsible for time loss and towing fees. The manager called and apologised but saith this is standard practice. I have had 4 dump trucks with 15 tons of rock each deliver with none of these waivers or conditions. I will not do busness here again.

Nothing but great experiance here! I had great customer servis! Mark was very helpful and nice. Showed me everything I was looking for and I didn't have a problem. The product was great and my final project turned out amazing thanks to these guys! So thanks again Mark and staff for such great help and great supply!

We recently finished a landscape renovation on our property and needed to complete it with barkdust. After shopping around Best Buy seemed to have the most competitive rates. We had four units of barkdust blown on a slope that was full of vegetation that had recently been planted. Here is why I gave Best Buy five stars: - They called and told me when they were going to arrive. - They arrived when they said they would. - They brought an extra unit of barkdust with them in case they needed it to finish the job. - The bark dust application looks flawless. - They cleaned off all the vegetation once they were completed. - They waited for our feedback before they left in the event that they needed to correct anything, and, - The slope looks fantastic now that it has been completed with the bark. I highly recommend this very professional company to answer your landscape needs. I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

Great Service-Low prices I worked with a group of parents on a major habitat restoration grant project several years ago. Best Buy In Town was recommended to us because they had the lowest prices. We needed A LOT of bark - several units. We've stuck with them since because they have great service and product. Their drivers have been courteous and diligent. Easy to work with! Bestbuy delivered their high quality hemlock bark product at a great price on August 9, 2012. Earlier in the week I called them based on several fine past reports from my fellow Washington County Master Gardeners. A big truck with two blower staff reported in and a short time later our entire property was looking fabulous. They were fast, efficient, clean, professional, and courteous. The Bestbuy staff, Mike and Jose, delivered and placed the 6 units of hemlock bark blown throughout the landscape as instructed very efficiently with a much appreciated thorough following cleanup. I will definitely recommend Bestbuy in the future to anyone needing anything affordable for their landscape gardening needs from bark to soil.

The bark is fine. But no one told me that a late PM delivery actually means into the evening. I had to cancel expensive dinner plans or cancel the delivery. Poor communication with customers. Please be upfront.
