I had a major repair done here, roughly $2,000. The repair left my vehicle with an oil leak it didn't previously have because they neglected to put a bolt back where it belonged. When I took it in to discuss this, they never once admitted the error. Instead I was told that it was the oil pan itself (it wasn't). Eventually my regular mechanic spoke to this shop and they fixed their mistake. Then the original expensive problem resurfaced, at which point they diagnosed a "different" reason for the problem. This terminated any confidence on my part that they would honor their work guarantee.In short, I found them incompetent, overpriced, and I profoundly regretted having had any contact with them whatever.In addition, they will inundate you with marketing materials, because this is really what they're about. I don't seem to be able to get off their list despite having requested that.Every time I get a mailer, I tell another person about my truly unfortunate experience with these
