I have had a wonderful experience with these people. They are professional, make sure your child is safe and if they have to take the long route to ensure your children's safety, well that's what they do. The woman who picks up and drops off our precious cargo, well I could tell you more than she does a wonderful job, she makes sure you get your time, still being rightful attentive and giving you tips on how to keep you and your child happy. This is someone I will never forget. My child loves her and is always happy to see her. Never had a bad experience.

Parent Beware!! Do not use this service as a resource for you to visit your children. The parent aides do not write accurate and truthful reports. We recorded our visits and we are glad that we did. One of the parent aides knocked my daughter over with her purse, quickly flung her purse over her other shoulder, turned her head, and smirked about it. My daughter started to cry. When I turned my attention back to my daughter and asked what happened, the parent aide stated, "She's so tired." The parent aide wrote up a report that stated that I was not giving my daughter naps. If you have to use this service, please make sure you record to protect yourself. I have the same parent aide on multiple dvd's doing many more things and writing reports that are not truthful and accurate.
