Did my research on this place before had and all sounded and looked good. Website made this place seem to be something it's not. When I came to pick up my dogs, they didn't seem like themselves. I measured out their food before I left to make sure I sent enough and when I got their bin back, it looked like they were only fed once. They were both severely dehydrated and lost weight from not eating. They smelled like they had been laying in their own urine. I was told they would be given something to lay on, which they weren't. I had brought toys for them to have and they weren't given to them. I'm not even sure they we're let outside for yard time like we were told they would get.
I strongly recommend that you do not take your pets here. The other reviews on this place are very inaccurate to what conditions we've seen. Don't be fooled by the website or what they try to tell you. You owe it to your pet to find somewhere better than here.

They are great! Prices are cheap but you get excellent service. My dog loves going...when I pull into their parking lot, my dog runs around in my car till I get him out. He pulls me into the office. This place is very clean and my dog always comes home clean....this is very important to me. I give them a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10!
