The food and service is kind of inconsistent. Sometimes the food is really good. Tonight we had excellent tortilla soup and a kid's meal pizza. My Erma Burger was very good, but the Chicken Parmesan was dry and chewy with pasta that was not drained properly. The food took about 35 minutes to get there

My daughter enjoys the warm cookie. Our service was not bad but we had to ask twice for ketchup and it took a while to have our offer taken. Unless they get a little quicker with serving the main courses, we will not be eating here as often.
