I've placed two online orders recently, both delivered. Both orders were customized and both orders were made correctly. The delivery was prompt. The order today was around 11:30 AM, and delivery was within 15 minutes.

The meat is sparse, but for $6.00 and no minimum for delivery, it's not realistic to expect more meat. You do have the option to customize, so you can add more meat for an additional $1.75. Some add-ons are free, such as onions and condiments, red pepper, etc. I paid an extra .75 for their avocado spread which turned out to be a green smudge the size of a thumbprint.

The ingredients taste fresh. The french sub roll is very good, also fresh.

Jersey Mikes, given their standard generous proportions, wider sub roll and especially fresh ingredients at a comparable price, is still my sub place, of choice, by far, for pick-up orders. Unfortunately, they don't deliver. When I want a fairly decent sub delivered, I would order from Jimmy John's again, but not too often.
