Great place to buy appliances and they have been doing it for a long time! Great sales staff - my wife and I experienced NO PRESSURE, local business feel and attention to the customer! Staff was very informed about their products and the industry as a whole. They were focused on finding us the products that were right for us. On top of everything else they have great pricing as well! If you need appliances at the very least stop in (or call) and talk to someone at Jack's Appliance Group before you buy somewhere else. I post this because I unfortunately find this level of service to be the exception and not the rule these days.

We completed a kitchen remodel in Dublin and where referred to Jack's Appliance

from our kitchen designer. We had the best experience with Jack's. Our salesman

was so informative and helped us make the right decision for us. Their pricing was

competitive and customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Jack's Appliance to all my family and friends.

my wife and I purchase our appliance at Jack's and are very happy. We shoped around and their price was competitve with the big box stores and the service was outstanding. Their salesman knew was infomed and helpful. They meet all of their dates, delevery, install. Would highly recomend them to others.

I purchased a refrigerator about two months ago from Jacks. Shortly after bringing the Electrolux refrigerator

we noticed that the ice maker didn't work properly. We contacted Jack in order to get it fixed. They said the would

contacted the factory and they would come out and fix it. A man came out and didn't the right part needed to fix the

problem. Another company was called but to no avail. Today the third company called to say they didn't have the

correct part to fix it either. Now Jacks Appliance won't return my calls.Do yourself a favor and DON'T BUY ANYTHING
