I don't often write reviews but sometimes a company stands far above others and deserves a word of support.



From the moment we walked in last year and talked with Mike, till the time we took delivery of our Sundance Majesta, we were treated courteously, professionally and with absolutely no pressure at all.

We started looking last year but were not ready for installation at our farm. I asked Mike a thousand questions, made a couple of trips back to the store to have him pull the cover off the service bay so i could measure for a conduit to be set in the patio slab. He never pressured for a sale, was impatient, gave me false information and, most importantly, made any disparaging remarks about competitive products . Finally, this year, we returned to find Mike there (with his ever present dog) and was astonished that he remembered us and the details of our last visit.



Finalizing the purchase, our spa was delivered by a very professional crew, we filled it, balanced the chemicals and enjoyed it for about a week.



It is often said that you can truly test the integrity of a company by the way they handle a problem.

One night, we climbed into the spa and found the seats and floor to be very gritty. The next day, I discovered that there was water flowing slowly from underneath the base of the spa and the level had been going down. There was even more grit on the seats. I called All Seasons and was immediately transferred to their service department. It was late afternoon and they said they would be out the next day. I got a call in the morning and the serviceman, who was also one of the delivery crew, said he was on the way. Less than 20 minutes later he arrived at the door and discovered that a seal in the circulation pump had failed. He apologized that he had to drain the spa but quickly replaced the pump. He also left us a full container of chemical and clarifier.



I can't say enough good about this company. From our pleasant experience in sales to the unexpected need for service, I find them to be a class act all the way and I would highly recommend them to any prospective customer.



FYI, I'm an engineer and attempt to do as much research as I can before I choose a product. Beware of false "spa reviews" that are really sites by manufacturers or retailers that, unsurprisingly, rate their own products above others. I discovered poolandsparatings,com and found them to be helpful and quite informative. They also rated the Sundance and Jacuzzi spas (among several others) a "10".

In 2005 we purchased a used Dynasty hot tub from Kelly at All Seasons, we loved our tub, sadly in the spring of 2011 she was severely damaged by a power surge, or lightning strike and beyond an easy, inexpensive repair, Early in March, we finally decided to look into a new Hot tub, After seeing an ad on the tv, we decided to check out Scioto Valley(knowing in the back of our mind that we would probably end up at All Seasons), but, they were advertising hot tubs as low as 1499,so we thought we would give them a chance. Sure, the cheapest one that they had, was 1899 and that was if you wanted to sit on the ground, We looked at a 3 person tub there, but, they wanted 4299, plus 300 delivery, 60 for the chemical start up kit, not sure if it even included the cover because no one approached us while we were there. We then went over to All Seasons and they had basically the same tub for 4195, and they included at no extra charge the delivery, cover, and start up chemicals. Jason our salesman was extremely friendly and knowledgable and he threw in a set of steps at no additional charge just because we were repeat customers. I would Highly recommend All Seasons for all of your tubbing needs, they dont falsely advertise, they really know their product, and most of all they value their customers.

If you have ever owned a hot tub, you know it will break at some point. That's why it is important to choose a business beyond just the purchase price. My first call in and I talked with Mike who explained what to do since my hot tub drained by itself last week in the frigid weather. He suggested calling back once the weather warmed up. When I did, Kelly was very helpful scheduling a time and making sure I had prepped the hot tub as Mike explained. Bob shows up on time and fixes it in a matter of 45 minutes. Very nice guy and probably has forgotten more than most people will ever know about hot tubs. My total cost was $35 since it was still under warranty. This people, company and products are truly exceptional.

All Seasons Spas in Hilliard, OH is an outstanding location for shopping.... the most beautiful store in this business. The store's appearance refelects the quality of the products sold and the service given to customers.

Sales staff is refreshing in their honest approach and listen to the customers, help them decide their real need or want and then gently guide them to a purchase. We couldn't be more pleased with this shopping experience, the product and the service!.
