The store at 9547 S University Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 closed BEFORE 4.30 PM, even though I told them that I am on the way...They had no intentions to stay open even with a phone call... WORST SERVICE!

I went in to ship a serving platter (made at a local paint your craft store) a card and two boxes of girl scout cookies. I wanted it packed and shipped. The cost quoted me was $48, more than the platter was. I then said that is to much can you just pack it..she said yes that will be $8, when the package was done it was a super huge box and the cost for the box and packing was $20. I was shocked how big the box was but I took it to the post office, in order to ship it general shipping it was $34. I went home opened the box took it out and repacked it with a $.88 box from walmart. They used a box two times the size neccesary and now I am out $20....save money do it your self...they are way way overpriced.
