I lost 60 lbs in 6 months with Metabolic and kept it off, mostly. I have been back a few times and the re-up $ is very reasonable. They have HCG too, with a 750 calorie program that is much easier than the original. Try all the counselors to find the one's you like, I recommend Sharon at the Wads office. Less expensive and better program than Slimgenics.

You will be asked to spend a lot more money than you are initially told. Notes are immediately kept on you to make sure you can never invalidate their contract. No one loses the 3 to 5 lbs promised over the long term. You can lose weight, but beware. apparently most people report gaining all of the weight back as soon as they go off the program.
