Sent my aging parents to get assistance in booking a popular scenic rail trip and they ended up with terrible tickets that did not meet any of the requirements. I attempted to call immediately to cancel and was told tough luck, they would not cancel the bad tickets and would not allow me to upgrade them (which I happily offered to pay more for). If a travel agent does not have any knowledge around something that a client is asking about I would expect that they disclose their inexperience or go out of their way to research and learn about the location or trip requested rather than proceeding with buying something. This agent did not even know enough to google the website to work with the company directly, and instead went through a generic provider that wouldn't even allow reservation of specific seating. In the end there was no benefit to going through the travel agency, we could have booked better seats on our own and we ended up losing time, money and the opportunity to have an amazing experience on what could be the last trip a very sweet older couple ever takes.

I was looking to plan my honeymoon and was so overwhelmed with the internet, I decided to google travel agencies in Highlands Ranch. After phoning a few on the list and discovering they work out of the house, it was such a relief to find an agency that is an actual storefront business; Highlands Ranch Travel. I phoned them and then decided to stop by their office. What a professional team agents and the knowledge and expert information provided to me was priceless. With their travel experience not only in years in the business, but the agents' experience of actually traveling to so many destinations, they were able to help me pin point what destinations I would like to take my honeymoon. Thank you to all the staff Highlands Ranch Travel for your input and expertise and I look forward to working with you in the next few weeks once my fiance and I decide which of the two options is best for us! I certainly can see why they have been a storefront business in Highlands Ranch for over 27 years! Thank you!!

For many years, Linda Eyre has been our travel expert. She and her associates at HRTVL have set up a family cruse for 26 to Alaska, a combination trip/cruise to Disney World for us and 12 grandkids along with various cruises for us to; Tahiti, Amsterdam, Christmas on the Danube, Machu Picchu and China.When an airline lost us for two days in Bolivia, Linda sprang into action and re-established our flight home, putting our kid's minds at ease.She doesn't get too upset when we call and make last minute changes, because, as our friend, she knows all about our family and how it can get very hectic very quickly.We are EXTREMELY satisfied with our association with Linda and the entire staff at HRTVL and plan to use them for all future trips. We also recommend them to everyone who inquires about our trips.

After 30 years in the airline industry, I didn't think I needed a travel agent's services. I believed I could get the best deal/lowest price by booking myself online. With a little research I learned about the wonderful "Signature" extras I could get (along with the lowest online price) by booking through Highlands Ranch Travel! With Dan's help I booked a weekend trip at the beautiful Arrabelle in Vail. We, and our out-of-state friends, enjoyed the $100 spa credits and deluxe complimentary breakfasts! Tara, their Disneyland expert, is currently helping me plan our next California trip. I now know about all the wineries located not far from Anaheim in the Temecula Valley! Thank you Dan & Tara for being so knowledgable, patient, and kind. Your level of customer service is refreshing and appreciated!
