Amazing office staff. I went in feeling a little unsure of what to expect and I was very impressed with the office flow, Jessica's (the PA I saw) knowledge, and how I was treated by the nurses. They called me with my biopsy results quickly, and scheduled further treatments with no hiccups. I will definitely be going back, but maybe for something more fun next time like one of their cosmetic services!

This practice has one of the most inefficient office staff and leadership. Teams I have experienced in medicine in a long time. Multiple issues with important internal office communication regarding a patient being completely inaccurately communicated or documented, and lack of follow through . This is a practice to stay away from. There is overcharging of insurance companies, inadequate communication internally at the risk of the patient and a defensive posture when highlighting office errors!

Poor communication. No financial communication about exorbitant fees and patient portion responsibility. No follow up on procedures. Had to remove my own sutures. Took three visits and procedures to get diagnosis correct. Do not see PA. Quickest and not thorough full body scan ever. Arrogant and condescending.

Sure wish Id read some reviews before wasting my time there. I only give them an "extra" star because they 'may be competent in their practice but I never had the opportunity to get that far. I waited 25 minutes after my appointment time, to get stuck in a room to wait some more! This was after I asked a few times if I would be seen next and was told "yes"- and when I finally said I coudnt wait any longer and after another 2 clients I left. The place is sterile- not the "clean" kind of sterile, but cold and unfriendly- they over book (based on the masses in the waiting room), and they clearly don't care if they lose or waste a clients time.

Very surprised by the positive ratings... My first and ONLY experience here was not good. Despite having an appointment, I waited over an HOUR to be seen and then another 30 minutes in the room. I was finally acknowledged after 45 minutes of waiting that "they didn't forget about me". I will never come back here.

I've been to Dr. Sarolta Szabo for many years and she is bright, compassionate and skilled. She has treated various skin problems, done several small biopsies and removed a nasty infection from a spider bite.

wonderful doctor! lovely staff. she answered my questions for EVERY issue, she didn't rush the visit either. very thorough. i recommend

She was much better than another dermatologist I had seen a few years back. Would be glad to see her again or to recommend her to others.

Dr Szabo is highly knowledgeable, and expressed a certain instinctive sensitivity to my chief concerns: side-effects of any treatments, costs and prognosis. It may be the most positive doctor visit I've ever had. Highly recommend.

I visited Dr. Szabo last week. It was the first time I had seen her. Dr. Szabo was very professional, friendly and helpful.

I had the best experience with Dr. Szabo. She is very thoughtful and knows her stufff! The office team is professional and her assistant is amazing. I would highly recommend seeing her.

Dr. Szabo makes you feel both at ease and optimistic about your skin problem. She's efficient, but thorough.
