I'm a former Detroit Public School Electrical General Foreperson. I've been retired for 7 years. while working, the DPS made many tool purchases totaling thousands of dollars. Today I stopped in to show a couple friends all the great tools you could find at this store. All the store employees (3 Men) were not welcoming at all. They refused to greet us, even after we approached the counter. They didn't ask if they could help us or what we were looking for. One person came from the back room and proceeded to follow us, but never ask to help or if he could answer any questions. We walked around and looked at tools and headed for the door. We said our good by with no replies. I was embarrassed to have put my friends thru this and I felt bad because I really expected any kind of greeting. My friends stated that they will never make any purchase at this store. There was no customer service at all.
