I recently went into Razny's for a watch. It is a really nice store and the staff made me feel welcome. The salesperson was great, very knowledgeable, and I felt he took the time to make sure I purchased a watch which met my needs. I purchased a Bedat watch and couldn't be happier. the service was great!

Had to have a repair done on a bracelet purchased a few years ago at Razny Jewelers. The staff was wonderful in the way they took care of the situation considering the bracelet was an item they no longer carried in stock. I have been a long time loyal customer at Razny's and will continue to be one.

Very professional and courteous. We usually experience a wait at the counter when paying or dropping off something for repair. The computer takes way too long to set up a sale, etc. Hope this helps!

My husband and I have been long-time customers of Razny Jewelers in Highland Park. Beyond having a wonderful array of jewelry and fine watches, it is the exceptional customer service that has kept us coming back for years. Whether it is for an inexpensive charm for a child's keepsake bracelet or a priceless custom-designed piece, Marina has given her undivided attention to each and every purchase that we have made.

Had a watchband replaced at my first visit. Had to return the following week to get it sized correctly. Other then that the staff was very courteous.

Have had multiple wonderful experiences at Razny -- everything from engagement and wedding rings to diamond earrings and watches. Be sure to ask for Marina. She is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this store. I have referred friends here and they have had wonderful experiences as well. Marina has never steered us in the wrong direction.

I had a great experience with Razny Jewlers. They were very accomodating and friendly and helped me find the perfect ring for my fiance. She couldn't be any happier, Stan Razny came out and congratulated us and has since called to ask if we needed anything else. I have since, recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. They also have a store in Addison which is where I went and bought her the ring. They have a huge selection so it made my search easy as I had been to several other jewelry stores trying to find her the perfect ring.

I've wanted to buy a Rolex forever. Everyday driving home from work I would pass up two Razny Rolex billboards. Last week I decided to buy myself a Rolex (got a bonus). I went to the Highland Park Store. When I first walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff. I told the sales person I was looking for the billboard watch, Submariner with the blue face. They did not have the watch at this store, but had one at the Addison store; the sales person told me "if you can wait one hour I will have the Addison store deliver the watch in the mean time go have lunch on us". WOW... Who does that today? The typical response would be go to Addison and get it! I went to lunch came back and the watch was at the store. Thank you Razny Jewelers! I love my watch!

I had a wonderful experience with Razny Jewelers in Highland Park. The people working there were all very accommodating and helpful, especially Marina! She helped my fiance and I choose our wedding bands and gave us a great price on them! Every time I went to Razny, she greeted us with a smile and asked about the wedding, she just seemed genuinely interested. As the wedding approached, she offered for us to come back and get our rings cleaned so that they are extra shiny for the wedding day! She was also wonderful in obtaining a David Yurman necklace and earrings for me within a very tight time frame. Marina is just all around great to work with and I would definitely recommend going to her at Razny for your jewelry needs!

A beautiful store with a very friendly staff. I love how they always remember my name when I walk in the door. They also carry a wonderful variety of designer jewelers. I would never shop anywhere else!

The staff at Razny Jewelers are tremendously helpful. They helped me with picking out the perfect Rolex for myself and an equally impeccable Patek Philippe for my husband. I will do all my jewelry and timepiece shopping at Razny Jewelers.
