they installed something in our residence - the item stopped working and we called them to set up an appointment to get the item fixed - we left about 1/2 a dozen messages and once got a human and left a message to have them call us back for an appointment... we never heard back from anyone from the company - great customer service huh... now looking for another plumber who actually responds to potential customer....

The young man who came out to my house was great! I gave him a list of 4 or 5 little problems I've been letting build up...He fixed two toilets, a leaky piping in my garage, a broken outside faucet, fixed a backed up bathroom sink, and he was wonderful! He had everything done fast and gave me coupons to use. I am so pleased with them. Keep up the good work.

These people are doing sub standard, illegal , unsafe work. They are rude and basically scam artists. Safety is not an issue for them.I did not want to even rate 1 star, but had to do it.

I will not recommend this outfit. They did sloppy job hooking up our sink - it was leaking after they left. They installed our stove range and it was not leveled. Our range hood was not properly hooked up as well - the contractors did not clean our place after the job was done. The workers that came to install the aplliances were rude and very unprofessional and always whinning.
