Provided by YPmobileI went in for lowlights on platinum hair and of the two lowlights and some 25 foils I'm able to see perhaps 10 and not of the dark low light just the caramel lowlights. I will be calling them tomorrow and hopefully this is resolved and I will be able to change my rate.
