Shouldnt be rated 2 stars just because of a common practice that she's told to do :/ They do a good job over there at USPS. Keep going guys

Several weeks ago, I mailed a package to my sister who lives at Faith Countryside Apartments. Said package was scheduled for delivery on a Friday, or at the latest the next day...a Saturday.



When the postal worker--a female--arrived at that address, my sister asked if there was a package for her.



The postal worker (a female) said she did NOT deliver packages on Saturday. To which, my sister informed her the package was supposed to arrive by that Saturday, at the latest.



The postal worker then said she had seen that particular package back at the post office, then repeated that she did not deliver packages on Saturdays.

Is this the practice at the USPS located in Highland, Illinois?
