Scheduled a home visit 2 weeks in advance. On the day of the scheduled visit, I received a phone call confirming availability. I missed the call, but called back within 4 minutes to confirm I was available. I was told I missed my opportunity and would need to reschedule for a week later. Terrible and rude customer service.

I have used Hudson Valley Appliance for 15 years and I cannot say enough about the service I received. Always honest, fair and helpful with recommendations.

No stars. They didn't show up twice. Don't use!!!
