We have had Casella for our waste management needs for a few years. When they show up as scheduled, they sometimes drop some of the trash in the road and do not get out to pick it up. Also, instead of looping around the neighborhood, they simply picked up my refuse and backed the truck up at least 50 feet to the intersection behind them to continue their route! This is irresponsible, unsafe, and unnecessary operation of a piece of heavy machinery. I do not recommend Casella.
