I'm a property owner in High Ridge and stopped in to ask a question about the survey of my property that was taken back in 1993 when we bought our house. I had the survey with me and was willing to pay for their time. The fellow working there said they'd have to survey the property themselves to answer my question. I told him I already HAD a survey, I just had a question. Once again, he said they'd have to do a survey. I asked that the owner call me. He never bothered to call back. I always try to do business in my town, then in my state, then in my country. I'll never understand why some businesses are so cavalier they can't even be bothered to make a phone call.
