I just had a service call made by I think his name was Bob on Friday 2/21/20. My complaint was noisy oil burner in the middle of the nite and the filters totally black as if something was stuck in the lines. Your Tech took every thing apart and replaced much needed. parts. This is the very first time in all my service calls did I observe a tech taking such pains to trace everything and to get my boiler back with less noise and immediate calls for heat and hot water. I was totally amazed at the professionalism exhibited by him.
