Cheap yes but....SLOOPY! Left...

Cheap yes but....SLOOPY! Left cigarettes all over property as well as food wrapppers. Paint lines crooked. Everytime something not working claimed he did not do. Wanted remainder of money day before job was done. Agreed based on his word and a handshake he would return. NEVER showed up to finish job. NEVER returned phone call. So many mistakes discovered. Worst of the worst!
