I scheduled an upholstery cleaning appointment with this company after they had made a solicitation call. I did not seek them out, but the polite lady offered a price that was well suited to my budget. The appointment was rescheduled for time of arrival between 8am and 10 am. When no one had arrived by 10 am I called and spoke to a person named ROB, he said the technician would arrive before 11 am, as he was delayed. I said I understand no problem but as long as he keeps the time as it is a weekend, and I have plans with my young children. When no one called or arrived by 11:10 am I called and get the lady who says she will get back to me soon. This time Rob calls back and says the technician would arrive 10 minutes from now, which is now past 11:15 am. I was upset by this casual customer service, and asked how do they plan to compensate for this waste of my time, having waited all morning. Rob yells back and says, "I am canceling your appointment, go find another service!"

In the age of stellar customer service by businesses, this was a shock, such poor manners with customers. I am still upset I ever agreed to schedule these cleaners but the woman was so nice and ready to work with the customer that it felt worth it. Rob on the other hand needs to work on his temper, he should save it for himself and not throw it on customers. We need to learn to be polite and kind to make this world a better place. I wish you well but had to write in order to let other customers know what to expect. Perhaps they'll work on their customer care skill now.
