I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! The absolute worst mani/pedi I've ever got. The man did my nails and toes. My fingernail polish isn't smooth, I have smeared toenail polish all over my toes he didn't clip the extra skin around my nails. I seriously didn't want to pay him. I will NEVER return. Don't waste your time or money.

UNSANITARY TOOLS!!! Avoid this place!



On a whim, I decided to get a pedicure while I was at the mall so my toes would look cute in sandals at a 4th of July picnic. I should have hopped out of the chair right at the beginning when the technician dropped my towel on the floor, picked it up, and used it on me anyway. I wanted to say something, but I felt uncomfortable making a fuss in a crowded shop.



She did my pedi, and it did look very nice. But then she used the EXACT SAME TOOLS she used on me on the woman next to me. I was disgusted. She didn't sanitize the tools, except for swilling the pumice bar in my dirty soaking water. She didn't even sanitize her hands between clients. I was so disgusted, but still uncomfortable making a fuss. I looked at the plastic container in her tool caddy that held the implements, and it was dirty! If she used dirty tools on the woman next to me, surely she used dirty tools on me, too! Who knows WHEN they were last cleaned.



I hate making unflattering comments, so it's taken me two weeks to post this. I'm from the "if you can't say something nice..." school, but I really think people should BE WARNED.



Nail fungi, infections, and diseases can be spread like this.



Please learn from my mistake. Before you go to ANY nail salon, check them out. Ask them how they sanitize their tools. Read reviews. Take a look around the shop.



If you see something nasty, SPEAK UP and WALK OUT! If it's unsanitary, refuse to pay and have the number for State Boards and your county health department in your phone. Call them immediately with the technician's name if they refuse to let you walk out. Report them. Unsanitary nail salons are a public health risk.
