I'd like to personally thank Bobby Garrett for getting our car and motorhome set up to tow! I feel Bobby went above and beyond to make my experience with Sunrise Camping Center the best. He was sure to educate us on everything so we wouldn't have a problem! He also called to make sure I got home safe, because this was the first time for me to tow a vehicle! Thank You again for the Wonderful service!

I would like to warn all of my Facebook friends about Sunrise Camping Center in Hickory and please share this post ! My stepson purchased an older model truck that they pitched to him because of only having 103000 miles on it and even saying it is great we have been driving it here at the dealership. Keep in mind he was driving a mustang and since he has a beautiful daughter who will be 2 in February he was trying to be a responsible dad and purchase a safe vehicle to drive her around in. He even had her with him at the dealership and expressed this to them. He put half down on the truck which was all the $ he had saved up and got a loan for the rest. The purchase was made on November 1. On Friday the 3rd he heard noises and the muffler had fallen off ( dealership swears it was inspected ) no chance bc it fell off from rust much less an emissions test! Before he could even reach the salesman Dwight on Monday the truck motor locked up and needs to be replaced ($2800)The dealership kept saying they would do something they were honest and would make it right and being naive and trying to believe in people we waited. Long enough to not be able to cancel the loan and Now today they tell us laws prevent them from making anything right and pretty much to go fly a kite. They enjoy plenty of $ with a large dealership and even have a recording while you are on holding professing to be honest and trustworthy while my stepson Now has a truck and insurance payment on a truck he enjoyed for less than a week and no transportation to get to work or drive his daughter in. Please share this post! This is one of the saddest situations I have been involved in and having to watch a dad who is trying his best be so heartbroken !
