I only gave it a star b/c I they have a good selection. I can not give a good rating to the staff of this location at all. I came by this store on 3 separate locations and it was never open when it was supposed to be at 9:30. Once I can understand, but 3 times? When I finally found the store opedn I was very pleased with the selection of items but not with the staff. They were so busy talking to each other they never noticed the customers. There was a sign that clearly stated that if you open you buy. The staff was so busy socializing that they never noticed the man opening toys and touching them in the monitors that were right in their faces. I even heard one salesperson say she didn't understand why they were the worst store in the chain. I DO!. i will never go back here again but will not hesitate to visit one of the other locations even if I have to drive an hour away.
