I have been to a couple of different massage therapist over the years. My experience with therapist Chantel Bedington at The Edmund Center, Hickory on North Center Street has been the best. I have been there about two years now. I like a good deep tissue sports massage and Chantel does an excellent job.I tend to overdo it running, lifting and riding and my hamstrings and low back are always ready for a deep tissue massage from Chantel. She has also helped me out with a nagging arthritic shoulder.The facilities are always clean and refreshing and she is always on schedule and very professional.I would highly recommend Chantel Bedington to anyone and often do.Brent Stine

Chantel Bedington is a professional in every sense of the word. Her qualities of having a gentle, soothing manner and being soft-spoken are perfect traits for a massage therapist. The Edmund Center is conveniently located on Hwy. 127 North in Hickory and has easy access to restaurants and shopping. Clients are always offered water following a treatment and rates are reasonable. Massage beds are clean and comfortable. If you are searching for a reputable massage therapist, I would highly recommend Chantel at The Edmund Center.

I've been going to Chantel several years and appreciate her expertise and professionalism. When I get my chronic back/neck pains I know Chantel will be able to provide relief for me. Thanks Chantel for all your help in making me feel better!

This is my second review, almost 3 years now. It is 8 months since the first review so I think it's ok to let everyone know how pleased I still am with my Therapist, (Therapeutic Therapist), Chantel Bedington. Therapeutic is the only true word to describe Chantel. While extremely gifted as a massage therapist, her complete understanding of the entire body and all the muscles connected to that hard driven, over worked body is amazing. I try to take the time at least once a week to help myself relax and just feel better. Trouble spots? Sometimes after climbing onto her clean and comfortable table, I completely forget why I came in the first place. This experienced young lady finds each and every problem area without my saying a word. The Edmund Center is not a "day at the spa" place. Although it is in a shopping strip, (which by the way includes a health food store, a chiropractor, a lady's boutique, and a gym), you're immediately transported into a zen like experience. Her room is serene and calm with little to no noise from the reception area or the other therapy rooms. Chantel is professional and sincere as well. Additionally, if I pay for 60 minutes I get 60 minutes. My massages are always for the allotted time as long as I am equally considerate of her time. Sometimes I venture out for a wrap of some kind, just for fun. They never compare to how I feel when I leave her little space.

Chantel Bedington has been my massage therapist at the Edumund Center for over about a year and a half. Prior to seeing her, I bounced around to different therapists. However, after my first visit to Chantel, I knew I had found my new therapist for life! She is so knoweledgeable and sincere. It's as if she knows where I hurt before I even tell her! I am always impressed by her wisdom and her professionalism. Not only do I enjoy my massages with her, but I reap lasting benefits of pain relief each time. Chantel has her clients' best interests in mind and is always seeking to learn new techniques to better serve them. I enjoy her as a person and as a therapist and can no longer imagine seeing anyone else for my massage needs!

I have been visiting Chantel Bedington at The Edmund Center monthly for more than a year now. Her expert technique helps to ward away my pesky regular tension headaches. I feel so relaxed when I leave that most of the time, I go home and take a nap. She uses just enough pressure to work out the tension, but not so much that I am hurting the next day. I regularly reccomend her to all of my friends and coworkers.

I have taken the opportunity to enjoy the Edmund Center for almost 2 years. My therapist is Chantel Bedington and absolutely one of the best massage therapists around. Having traveled quiet extensively and treated myself to many massages throughout the states, including Hawaii, Chantel ranks above and beyond many others. ( I always pay the package price which allows a decent tip just for her.)She has a very busy schedule so call in advance. Great, professional massage.

I have been going to the Edmund Center for 3 0r 4 months now. My massage therapist is Chantel Bedington and she is wonderful and preforms her job very well. I have been very pleased. She takes her profession seriously and shows great interest in her clients needs and the results from her theraphy. She conducts herself in a very professional manner. I feel the center offer the service provided for a fair price, as many others over charge. Keep up the good work.
