My wife and I eat out almost every meal. Somehow we missed

eating at Carrabba's Italian Grill.

After dining there on March 29,2011, I wish we still wondered what it tasted like.

The food was not hot.

The spaghetti tasted as if it had been cooked the day before and reheated.

The meatballs were terrible and tasted like they had put a some kind of filler in them to save money on the meat.

The lasagna was kind of soupy. The worst lasagna we've ever eaten, and

we've had a lot of lasagna at different restaurants all over the country.

We both shared our food with each other, discussed and wondered if the regular chef wasn't there and they had asked the maintenance man to cook that night.

The service stunk.

The food was overpriced even it it had been excellent.

The bill was nearly $40.00 and we left a $10.00 tip.

When the waitress saw the $50.00 I put down with the ticket she looked

at us with disgust. 25% tip and she wasn't satisfied?

We won't go back that's for sure.

We liked the atmosphere, but that was all.

Very, very disappointed.

We hated when Ragazzi's closed.

Their Italian food was 100 to Carrabba's maybe 30.

Our advise:..save your money....GO ELSEWHERE !

A Great place to eat! Great food, service and family oriented. I highly recommend Carrabba's, its the best Italian grill in the hickory area.
