Very helpful and honest employes. Took my vacuum in so they could repair it. I was given a call the very next day stating that my reset on the machine had fliiped and that was the only problem. Told that there was no charge and that I could pick it up anytime. I would reccommend this business to anyone who has vac problems or is in need of parts/
