This place is a rip off. They will keep you in the office while they are damaging your truck in order to gain more work. They are liers and scamers. Don't trust their work or their word.

I took my 2000 Kenworth /60 Series Detroit to them on June 19th, 2013 for AC repair.

They replaced the York compressor with a Sanden compressor utilizing a morified mounting kit to make it fit. On June 30th 2013, (Eleven days later) the clutch on the Sanden compressor started throwing the breaker (it started shorting out), because the accessory serpentine belt was not properly aligned to the new compressor.

I took it back to their shop to have it fixed properly. They inspected the damage to the clutch, and agreed the damage to the clutch was due to a misalignment of the serpentine drive belt.

On the way back to their shop I had picked up another Sanden compressor for fear they would not have a replacement in stock. My fear was justified after it was determined replacement was necessary.

I had to wait several hours for an AC technician to arrive and work on my AC problem (it was a Saturday). During that waiting time I installed my replacement compressor myself correcting the misalignment of the serpentine belt. I asked them to reimburse me for the cost of the compressor, but they refused. However, they did recharge the AC system at no cost.
