I purchased a car from micheak' s auto sales put $500 down I just got the car like no more than 2weeks and they repoed it I'm not even financed through a Bank yet me and my kids important things were in the car I know I haven't had a payment yet so I didn't miss no payment no one contacted me to say it's a problem return the car at no giving time I answer my phone all the time and my phone show all miss calls rather it's off or on I been in contact with them so it's no excuse now I was given some of my meds that I have to have to survive everyday real late on that day the rest wasn't given to me so I have been sick with chest pains from this whole situation I don't owe no money to the car lot they owe me right now I didn't have no payments to miss so by this tow yard holding my expensive things is illegal and they are liable for unfair and deceptive trade practice and conversion I'm demanding all my property be returned to me every single item that was in the car they have no legal right to my personal belongings at all if not I will be filing a civil court claim for theft I don't have no $150 to give them I need my stuff my son had to miss 3 days from school because his clothes were in that car too I rate them a 0 they are stealing from people I'm disable and so are my children I will sued them right along with Micheal's Auto Sales for the unlawful acts they have committed against me and my kids and have caused us nothing but stress everyday
