I just had a terrible experience with these guys. A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I brought one of my suits and some dress shirts to be cleaned. When we picked them up, we noticed that the shirts were still soiled around the collars and sleeves. After checking the shirts, we noticed that the suit had a hole near the shoulder and a larger hole near the wrist. In addition, a seam seemed to be slightly torn. It was obvious that the suit snagged on something as all of the damage was one sleeve. These guys gave us such a hard time, actually accusing me of turning the suit in like that. After pleading our case, they finally decided to send it back out (yes...this is one of those outsourcing places). When I came back a week later the shirts were fine. However someone actually tried to sew the hole together. How many people know you cannot do that in the middle of a suit sleeve!!! The girl there could not do anything about it so I had to come back when the manager was in. When they offered me a ridiculous $19.00 credit, I said that was unacceptable. They again accused me and said that the place they send the clothes to said they didn't do it...and refused to pay compensation. I then reminded them that I am the Pastor of a church and bring them 2 to 3 suits every couple of weeks...but it didn't matter. They told me that they didn't care about that. Bottom line...I will never go there again! They don't deserve my business...nor do they deserve anyone elses. If your clothes are damaged...they will do NOTHING for you!
